How I build it

The starting point is the legitimate WhatsApp Business integration available to your organization. I would map message entry points, consent and template requirements, then connect the conversation to approved data and a human handoff path.

An AI response should be grounded in the business's actual policies and allowed tools. Actions such as changing an order or booking an appointment need explicit validation and a recoverable record.

Engineering decisions

Support automation needs clear limits: unknown answers should route to a person, and sensitive account actions need identity checks. Conversation logs should retain only what the business needs and comply with its policy.

Bulk messaging and spam are outside the scope. Provider approval and platform policy are dependencies to confirm before implementation.
